Take breaks between study sessions
Non-stop study sessions may often lead to stress; therefore, it is advisable to take breaks between studies and relax your mind.
While you relax your mind you can focus on your body and try exercise or yoga which would relax you.
But during these breaks avoid binge watching or gaming as it will lead to longer break time and loss of concentration.
Stay away from procrastination and distraction
A simple way to avoid procrastination is to understand and analyse the places that you study – where were you the most focused? Where were you most distracted?
The most important thing is – what works for someone might not work for you.
For some, studying in groups could be distracting. But for others, studying with friends can help and increase their motivation. Think about yourself and what makes you comfortable and go with that.
Plan more, avoid repetition
It’s okay to plan for a while and then starting with a time bound goal. This way you won’t start randomly and end missing out on few chapters or subjects.
A plan will make you feel more confident and comfortable and achieving your goal and sticking to the plan will help you much more.
Also, once you plan stick to it no matter what! Don’t be disheartened if your peers have completed much more than what you have. Just remember, changing plans mid-way can hamper your end goal.

Be flexible but realistic
When it comes to planning your studies, you can be flexible with it, because the planner is to help you and not stress you out.
But at the same time don’t forget to be realistic when you plan the studies. For example, try not to aim at finishing a huge chunk of studies in a day or commit to study for 8-9 hours straight. As this will only create unnecessary stress of not finishing up on the decided timeline.
